Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global television network who has regional offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This influential organisation provides coverage of the current news in the Middle East on a daily basis. Due to extensive growth and the appointment of new high level staff, our client is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to support a senior individual.
This role will be responsible for extensive diary management, flight bookings and conference organisation. You will also regularly work alongside the Operations Manager assisting with the different types of accounting system for each of the functions they look after. You will be working in an extremely busy environment and often work under pressure. Additionally, you will be required to be flexible as the office normally starts operations at around 10am and finishes later than traditional working hours. As the company works on a large amount of high profile events, the ability to work with discretion and confidentiality is essential.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree in business administration or accounting as well as be proactive and eager to learn. It is essential you have experience dealing with expenses, basic payroll and budgeting and are able to commit to the non-standard working day.
