Job description / Role
The Role:
My client a leading company based within Abu Dhabi requires a Personal Assistant for their head office. Reporting to the CEO the duties would include but are not limited to the following:
Diary planning
Meeting notes
Handling any filing/paperwork the CEO requires you to
Screening calls for CEO
Update Excel Spreadsheets and Word documents for CEO as well as from time to time working on PowerPoint presentations
Requirements
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:
Minimum of 7 years experience in similar position
Degree in Business Administration
Fluent in Arabic and English
Excellent typing and note taking skills
Well presented
Friendly and professional manner
