Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

My client is a MENA-focused boutique investment and advisory firm specializing in multi-sector, advisory, fund placement, investment, consulting and deal structuring transactions. Based in Dubai and New York, their primary areas of focus are:
• Fund Placement
• Advisory
• Private Equity

Responsibilities include:
Provide support in the preparation and submission of presentations and proposals to clients - adjusting grammar and spelling as appropriate
Coordinate meeting / interview schedules for consultants, candidates, and clients
Handle complex and extensive travel arrangements (includes visa processing, flights, accommodation and transportation requirements)
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Maintain the current information system and procedures that allow swift and easy access to key documents and files
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and candidates, and ensure effective and efficient quality service
Prepare and track expense and health claims
Support with general administration - distributing mail, cheque preparation, vendor selection, setting up PO’s
Screen incoming calls, fielding calls if appropriate, and assisting where possible

Requirements

Suitable candidates must hold a bachelor degree, be highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). You shall have atleast 3-5 years of prior experience support Senior Management/Executives. You must be an expert in multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing work load/time management. You shall demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, be energetic, a team player and work well within a fast paced environment.
