Our client is a retail trading company, operating over 550 stores across the region. They believe in providing exceptional customer service to the consumer and value for money. The Role
The role is to provide administrative and PA support on a one-to-one basis to the Deputy CEO, ensuring he can utilize his time effectively. Main responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organizing diaries and meetings
- Handling all correspondence, such as telephone screening and managing faxes, emails and post
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and staff
- Implementing and maintaining office systems, such as data management filing
- Organizing travel and accommodation, on occasions also traveling to provide general assistant throughout presentations

Requirements

Our client is seeking a highly presentable candidate as they will be greeting all visitors to the Deputy CEOs office. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are a must; advance knowledge in the use of MS Office, particularly when it comes to using Word processing and IT skills.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelors Degree and they must have a minimum of two years relevant PA work experience. Ideally candidates will be reliable, honest and conscientious of their work. Our client is seeking a candidate who understands the importance of integrity and trust and can manage the workload with an incredible attention to detail.
