Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist/PA to support them in the start-up and growth of the firm. Were looking for someone whos passionate and enthusiastic about joining the team and contributing to the success.

Activities will include:
- Reception duties
- Travel coordination
- Diary management
- Supplier negotiation
- Expenses management
- Contractor management
- Facilities management duties
- Other administrative support as required

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum of 3 years relevant PA experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great can-do attitude and flexibility
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple stakeholders
- Competence with Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
