Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general Management of the Managing Directors workflow
- Arrange the mission /Travel, hotel bookings for Managing Director and in specific cases to Managers.
- Negotiate with suppliers within the Hotel and Transportation Industry to provide best deals for company.
- Manage and maintain the Personnel on Board and Business Leaves summary.
- Help in Organizing events, conferences.
- Assist the Office Administrator in certain tasks should her expertise be required.
- Maintain the daily meetings schedule for the Managing Director.
- Responsible for upholding the minutes of certain meetings attended by the MD.
- Coordinate with HR on certain tasks such as leaves.
- In certain cases respond/ direct emails to the necessary employees on behalf of the MD.
- To assist/ support the VP HSEQ in his mission to strengthen and develop the Sustainable Development Projects (Road Safety, Environment protection, Cleanliness etc)
- To coordinate with the Local Authorities etc. for Sustainable Development activities.

Requirements

- A degree holder in any suitable discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience within the similar field.
- Good computer skills and ability to multi task.
- Good computer knowledge MS office
- Good communication skills in English, Arabic and French speaking is mandatory criteria.
- Ability to negotiate with different suppliers
