The RoleThe RoleWe are seeking an exceptional, mature and experienced mid-senior level PA. You will be responsible for providing PA/secretarial support to the GM and the Management Team for the Middle East, managing and providing all general administration needs. Your responsibilities will include handling communications, diary management, travel and meeting coordination, as well as handling expenses. You will provide a first class administration and PA service and develop a strong relationship with the Management Team to tailor and service their daily requirements. You will also maintain an effective communication link between the Middle East Management Team & the GM and contribute to the general admin team to help improve office services, processes and procedures. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will be already based in Dubai, must be a native English speaker and have extensive experience in a similar role and managing multiple Directors. Personality plus is absolutely essential for this role as you will be the main contact in the office representing the Management Team. You will have a genuine passion for organising at a senior level, as well as a background in effectively managing and coordinating schedules. You must be action oriented, comfortable dealing with all levels of staff, show initiative and be professionally presented as well as flexible and extremely motivated! Education to a minimum of high school level is required along with at least 8 years previous experience in a similar role within a multinational organization, in a professional and busy office environment in both the UAE as well as another western major city (UK, US, Europe) Excellent communication skills as well as advanced Microsoft skills for this role (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) with an absolute minimum 45wpm typing speed. |
