Our client is part of the world’s leading advertising agency network and they manage several key advertising, marketing and media companies in the Middle East. They seek assertive, dynamic and outgoing individuals who are creative and hard-working.

This role reports to the CEO of one of the boutique agencies within the network. It will incorporate the usual PA duties, i.e. diary management, managing correspondence and minutes of meetings, coordinating the running of the office, travel management and expense reports. Additionally, the candidate will need to be flexible as the role also covers reception duties, as and when required.

We are seeking a mature, very well presented candidate for this role, someone who can be the true face of the company. Key attributes we are seeking include; pro activity, accountability, reliability and flexibility. The successful applicant will be able to prioritize effectively and possess excellent organizational ability. Above all, strict confidentiality must be maintained and understood as the role will be privy to sensitive information pertaining to the whole group.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s and have had at least five years working in a busy service environment. Superb English skills are required, both verbal and written and excellent knowledge of all MS Office applications.
