Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The successful candidate will deliver high level business support to the local Leadership team. Acting as first line interface with internal and external stakeholders.

• Organise marketing collateral
• Edit and format presentations using PowerPoint
• Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
• Arrange travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally
• Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling calls when appropriate
• Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
• Organize and maintain Business Leader diary and make appointments on Business Leader behalf
• Deal with incoming email, faxes and post,
• Take dictation and minutes

Requirements

• Educated to Degree level
• Superb communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Strong demonstrable track record in diary management
• Excellent Microsoft Office application experience including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Exceptional PowerPoint user skills
• Arabic language essential
