Job description / Role
Objective: Provide administrative support to the Chairman
Main responsibilities:
1. Daily Organization of the Chairman’s Agenda
2. Screening of Emails and Phone Calls
3. Responsible for Calendar Management, Expense Reports and Events Planning
4. Management of all scheduling and organizing Travel and itineraries
5. Financial Management of all budgets for home, Travel and events
6. Management of multiple Household supportive staff
7. Prepare correspondence reports and presentation
8. Booking of celebrities for special events
9. Communication with media and coordinating chairman’s public performance
10. Developing Business Plans
11. Conducting Marketing Calls with potential clients
12. Attending events meetings on the chairman’s behalf.

Requirements
An organized efficient Male
Bilingual : English - Arabic proficient both writing and speaking.
Excellent Communication skills - good Interpersonal Skills
Good background in Commercial Business Management
