Job description / Role
Our client are a multinational diversified company based in the Sharjah.
They are looking for a traditional Personal Assistant for their Chairman. See below some duties which will be required -
-Being the first point of emergency contact 24/7
-Travel coordination ( family, friends, private jets etc )
-VIP personal shopping
-Family portfolio and calendar maintenance
-Social life coordination and Even Management
-Household management for several Villas and staff and maintenance
-Security and Insurance Arrangements
-Travelling when required
-Controlling personal item inventory
-VIP concierge
-Responsible for Personal Accounts and budgets
-Recruitment of personal staff
-Logistical assistance for all properties and assets in several countries
The role would be based in the headquarters ( 25 minutes from DIFC area of Dubai ).
Salary up to 19k AED + Great Benefits
Requirements
The required candidate would be an experienced professional who has worked at a similar level ( SEO's ) before and knows how to manage someone’s private matters.
* Western or Arabic Nationality
*Fluency in English is a must
*UAE Experience is not necessary
