Personal Assistant to Director of Multi-National Company
Based in Jebel Ali
Tri-lingual

- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Providing administrative support for diary management,
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Organizing meetings and appointments,
- Client relationship management,
- Dealing with correspondence,
- Preparation of documents, reports and presentations
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Carrying out specific projects and research
- Responsibility for expense management and budgets
- Update Yearly Budget
- Coordinates Monthly Management Meeting
- Assists Marketing / Sales Admin. Manager for Exhibit participation
- Attends telephone calls, faxes and emails.
- Distributes Occasional Greeting Cards to customers / agents distribution, Business Cards

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience working as Personal Assistant at MD or Director level
- Proficient in MS Office including, Excel and PowerPoint
- Confident with an outgoing personality
- Fluent in English must have excellent communication skills
- Smart appearance and well groomed.
- A forward thinking, customer focused and creative mind
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Good Interpersonal, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
