Responsible for maximizing profitability/sales by exploiting every opportunity to drive sales. Reduce stock loss & maintain cost controls. Deliver motivation & development to team members & ensure sales area complies with company regulations & procedures & reflects brand identity. Ensure clear communication with Store Manager & brand. Remain aware of local competition activity.* * Maximize sales & exceed budgets.* Drive highest possible standards of Visual Merchandising.* Ensure floor achieves defined stock loss targets.* Coach/mentor/develop & generally drive training for team.* Ensure all company policies & procedures are followed & complete all administration tasks.* Support & work towards achieving 100% Internal Audit compliance.* Ensure clear communication at all levels.
