Piling Contracts Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Piling Contracts Manager with a minimum 5 years experience managing piling contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple contracts across the UAE.The opportunity is working for one of the largest geotechnical engineering contractors in the U.A.E, who have worked on some of the largest construction projects in the U.A.E
- Ensure profit margins are maximized within all contracts
- Attending Client meetings at senior level to maintain and improve Client relationships.
- Ensure the contracts are effectively managed by ensuring that all staff are able to reach their potential.
- Ensure the ongoing implementation of effective management controls and assist with the implementation and development of effective Quality, Environment, Safety and Health systems.
- Ensure that resources are supplied and utilized in the most cost effective manner.
- Maximize growth and develop new service offerings within the existing contract.
- Ensure that the work force is skilled and trained to perform their functions and to develop their potential.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a contracting environment and will be a degree qualified civil engineer with significant engineer experience and strong commercial knowledge.
