Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

-Works for piping stress analysis job leader.
-Preparation of piping stress analysis philosophy, specifications, coordination & work procedure
-Execution of piping stress analysis according to job specification by CAESARII.
-Execution of the integrity analysis of piping supports.
-Check of stress analysis result performed by others and comment on them.
-Check of isometric drawings of stress critical lines.
-Acquisition of required information from piping and other disciplines.
-Preparation of data sheet & Material requisition sheet for special piping items such as spring support, expansion joint and the special supporting device of piping.
-TBE of special piping items (spring support, expansion joint) quoted from vendors.
-Coordination with client / licenser and other disciplines for engineering activities
-Check of manufacture’s drawing and documents (vendor prints) of piping and other disciplines and comment on the.

Requirements

- B.S Mechanical Engineering
-Have a minimum of 12years extensive experience of piping stress analysis in an appropriate industry (ideally in one or more of Oil & Gas, LNG, Refining, Petrochemicals)
-A proven track record of working on EPC phases for major Oil & Gas, LNG, Refining, Petrochemicals
-Ability to deal with resolution of technical and contractual issues and policing of the piping stress analysis to ensure compliance with project requirements
-Experience of leading piping stress analysis teams
-Astute and conversant with the latest advances in technology
-Knowledge of international codes and specs
-Proven strong character and self-motivated individual
-Proven ability to engage in effective dealings with both client / owner and detail design contractors
-Good level of spoken and written English
