The RoleThe Role Pivotal large scale projects Global provider of national security Location: United Arab Emirates Our client, one of the fastest growing public safety and security solutions organisations globally, is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Plan and Procedure Engineer to their UAE team. Our employer seeks a proven performer to assist on their main projects in the region, which include the implementation of advanced integrated security solutions for critical assets, safe city and border protection. Reporting to the Operational Manager, your responsibilities in the role will include: Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a periodic maintenance plan Develop new processes and procedures; Maintain and improve existing processes and procedures Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation. Ensure procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated Unite staff of different disciplines to drive the group to plan, formulate and agree to comprehensive quality procedures Collate data and analyse trends compared to baselines, targets, SLAs and benchmarks. Set targets for improvements in service quality and resource utilization Measure, report and communicate on service improvement initiatives |
RequirementsRequirements Degree qualified in Engineering or Business with Extrusion Manufacturing experience; Foundation certification in ITIL Minimum 7 years experience in large scale engineering environments Thorough understanding of manufacturing & distribution capabilities, process improvements, determining root cause, and project costing methods, bill of material structure Previous experience with project management or technical leadership Ability to develop resource models for projects Familiar with outsourcing operations Proficiency with Microsoft Project Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential Fluency in English language is essential, with Arabic language skills being highly regarded A competitive expatriate package will be provided to attract top candidates to this role.
