Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Planner (Drilling) - Yamama Project Directorate

- Establish Project Master Schedule.
- Update of Project Master Schedules.
- Interact with master planning department for schedule update matters.
- Detect schedule critical paths.
- Interact with team on schedule critical paths.
- Update of Project Weekly / Monthly Reports.
- Report on schedule deviations from baselines.
- Establish project controls / reporting requirement procedures.
- Follow up of work performed by contractor as per approved procedures / contract.
- Review / record of instructions / changes (schedule impacts) associated to work performed by contractor.
- Provide input to PCM on project control activities.
- Provide input to other team member reports.
- Review of contractors status reports.
- Establish progress measurement procedure.
- Monitoring of progress weekly.
- Review of contractor Planning Packages / baseline plans.
- Ensure contractor is not deviating from approved baseline plans.
- Verify contractors PAAF budgets and actual man-hours.
- Review of contractor monthly invoices.

Requirements

- Experience with Well Drilling and Drilling Campaigns
- Engineering Degree and/or Certification as a Planning Engineer or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years industry experience in Lead planning positions.
- Demonstrated experience with FEED Schedules as well as EPC Schedules for Mega Projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fully versed with Planning principles and techniques and Primavera P6.
- Fluent English is a must
- Fluent Russian is a plus
