Job description / Role
THE ROLE:
Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordination of allocated work packages.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation and maintenance of work package schedules.
Co-ordination with Package Managers, Consultants and Contractors.
Analysing and reporting on Consultants and Contractors schedules and progress reports.
Perform critical path analysis of schedules.
Prepare independent risk analyses of Consultant and Contractor schedules.
Preparation of monthly and weekly reports.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
BSc in related subject or equivalent experience.
5 + years post graduate experience.
Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects including roads, bridges and utilities.
Experienced user of Primavera P6, Pertmaster and MS Office.
Knowledge of CPM networks, resource and cost loading and risk management techniques.
Ability effectively monitor and analyse progress, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Report writing skills an advantage.
Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
