The job holder will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability in the business by providing effective merchandise strategies, planning and in season management of assortments and inventory level for Concept.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise Financial, Strategic and Assortment Planning.
- Inventory Stock Optimization
- Category Promotions
- Inseason Management
- People Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred industrial), Economics, Statistics;NIFT MFM; IIFT BBA/BSc. in Retail Management or Apparel Merchandising; Pearl Academy- BA in Fashion & Lifestyle Business Management.
- Numerate with strong analytical and computer literacy.
- Team Player.
- Strong eye for detail and organisational skills and strives for a high level of accuracy.
- Professional with excellent Communication Skills.
- Support and mentor new team members and provide on the job training.
- Proactive and able to work with stringent deadlines.
