Planner - Stadia

Job description / Role

To manage all site planning activities related to a major Stadium project during construction phase. You will be required to work in-line with but not limited to the below scope of work.
- Development and agreement with the client and verification of the baseline programme
- Produce and manage 3 month look-ahead programmes
- Produce and manage fully resourced and cost loaded programmes
- Ensure that all programmes are fully updated, as necessary, and as a minimum, on a monthly basis, site teams to measure progress against programme
- Monthly progress reporting and update of programme
- Cash-flow forecast and Management

Requirements

- Degree Qualified
- Minimum 8 years post graduate experience
- Experience on sports facility projects advantageous
- Expert user on Primavera P6 up to level 5 or higher
- Stable track record based on projects from inception to completion
- Excellent Communication skills
