Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Establish time/cost planning using Primavera software.
• Produce monthly project billings and submit all project invoices.
• Prepare monthly / weekly reports according to FIDIC regulations, i.e. escalation of raw material cost.
• Organize, plan and coordinate / supervise with sub-contractors various activities on site to ensure that project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

Experience:
• Establish time/cost planning using Primavera software.
• Procure all project materials from competitive suppliers and arranged all related submittals for Engineer’s approval according to specifications and related standard codes.
• Produce monthly project billings and submit all project invoices.
• Prepare monthly / weekly reports
• Prepare and submit various claims for reimbursement of extra costs and extension of Time Of Completion (TOC) to the Employer according to FIDIC regulations, i.e. escalation of raw material cost.
• Organize, plan and coordinate / supervise with sub-contractors various activities on site to ensure that project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Direct the work of planning analysts including S curves (progress & cash flow).
Monitor, against approved schedules, major construction progress and Ensure equipment and manpower are adequate.
• Follow up material & drawings submittals along with procurement status in order to ensure that material site deliveries are still respected.
• Prepare and submit recovery plans in case of any occurred delays.
• Prepare and negotiate with the client all time impacted plans including concurrent delays.
• Monitor and submit cost reports and Payment invoices
• Submit to the client and negotiate all variation order requests.
• Analysis all variation order requests submitted by subcontractors
• Prepare and submit various tender schedules towers and industrial buildings.
