Planning Control Manager

Job description / Role

In-depth understanding of project controls concepts, principles and Strong Information Technology skills including proficiency with Primavera P6.
Responsible for project budget both in controlling in-house man-hours and outside expenditures, including purchasing third party goods and services.
Ensure planning and reporting is structured for incorporating into overall Directorate reporting
Monitor schedule with progress and milestone verification to support payment and monitor cost and manpower
Responsible for change management and satisfactory timely resolution.
Responsible for contract claims management.
Responsible for developing and controlling project schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones, and timely project progress payments to ensure satisfactory cash flow.
Responsible for project administration, including being the designated project contact point for project controls with our Clients customer and with all subcontractors.
Responsible for directing timely and cost effective vendor purchases and the timely shipping of all vendor items to job site (utilizing the Purchasing Department.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand Corporate culture and their needs
Good Quality of claim management and sub contractor management
Excellent in management information skills
Added knowledge on SAP would be advantage
