Job description / Role
Accumulates the necessary information such as PSI (Purchase, Sales and Inventory) data of distributors, sell-thru data of major retailers, statistic analysis data of 3rd parties and so on. Manages and distributes the data to related staff time to time.
Collects the forecasted purchase plan of distributors via sales division monthly. Manages and distributes the summarized data to related staff time to time. .
Based upon the analysis of collected data, makes sales plan monthly by model, by customer and by month for a six-month cycle.
Reports and review the sales plan with Sales Manager and Divisional General Manager, then finalizes the plan.
Simulates the gross profit and supports Divisional General Manager to devise P/L plan.
Compiles and distributes the sufficient documents to Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director in order to explain the business situation

Requirements
- Should have Strong Computer Skills, especially Advanced Excel & other and familiar with JD Edward, SAP, MS, Oracle.
- Must be familiar with PSI (Purchase, Sales and Inventory) data of distributors, sell-thru data of major retailers, statistic analysis data of 3rd parties and so on.
- Needs to have strong Multitasking skills
- Must have a Masters/Bachelor Degree in Any discipline
- Has to have excellent communication skills
