Job description / Role
Liaise with Operations Engineers and Section Heads to assist in the assessment and prioritization of DO&M asset investment needs and contribute to annual investment plan
Provide investment needs statements using agreed system and provide robust evidence on investment priorities to Senior Asset Planning Engineer
Support development of a single DO&M long term asset management plan and annual investment and budget submissions
Deliver accurate robust plans for long term Operations and Maintenance requirements
Report progress against plan and identify options with other member of the Asset Management Team to correct any variances
Communicate the plan to key stakeholders within DO&M and Ashghal and take action to drive delivery
Carry out asset adoption risk reviews and investment analyses before formal hand over of any assets to DO&M from a third party
Ensure all business planning rules are maintained and reflect operational procedures and policies
Ensure a full inventory and risk review is completed prior to the adoption, transfer and disposal of any DO&M assets
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Procedures and all company policies, procedures and regulations
Requirements
Degree in relevant subject plus min 6 yrs Asset Planning experience and In depth knowledge of at least one of the following asset groups Pumping Stations, Wastewater Networks, Treatment Works, Recycled Water Networks
