Job description / Role
Working on a multi million dollar project in Abu Dhabi, you will be using your extensive planning experience to finalise programmes, monitor risk, review performance and advise on delays and investigate claims.
THE ROLE
- Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be assisting the Subcontract Administration Manager with regards to programmes, delays, claims and risks with regards to the subcontracted MEP and special systems works.
- Attending subcontractor progress meetings on site.
- Attending construction delay meetings.
- Assisting with finalising programmes.
- Liaise with internal departments.
- Provide feedback on potential risks.
Requirements
- Western Educated.
- Fifteen years experience in planning major projects.
- Engineering and / or planning qualification.
- Experience in progress monitoring, delay analysis and defending delay claims.
- Detailed understanding of Time Impact Analysis.
- Practical experience in dealing with claims.
- Expertise in Primavera and MS Office.
- Excellent English language communication skills written and verbal.
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
