The RoleThe RoleAs a Planning Engineer your primary roles will be to: 1. Review the contract and scope of work, work with all project stake holders, develop, review, modify and publish quality and error free Project Master CPM network, Project Schedule and other planning deliverables that are in sync with the optimized and approved Project Execution Plan (PEP) and resource planning 2. Continuously monitor progress against baseline schedule and take proactive steps to publish look ahead schedules and recommended corrective actions where required 3. Provide Project Manager with all Planning deliverables that are required during bidding and project execution stages 4. Continuously troubleshoot and provide Project Manager early warnings on potential schedule and cost overuns 5. Act always with entrepreneurial and techno-commercial skills by achieving the organization's goals and KPIs and continuously improving the performance standards |
RequirementsRequirements1. Candidate should be qualified in an engineering discipline 2. should have at least 7 years experience in EPC contractors organizations in the oil & gas industry 3. Should have overall Project Planning and scheduling experience for onshore & offshore multidisciplinary oil & gas EPC projects 4. Be an expert hands on user of all features of Primavera Enterprise latest version 5. Be a self starter with lots of energy 6. Be an analytical yet practical person with strategic thinking 7. Be an effective communicator with techno commercial acumen and flexible attitude 8. Excellent interpersonal skills 9. Excellent presentation and reporting skills |
