Senior Planning / Project Controls Engineer

My client is a leading European multidisciplinary Engineering & Design Consultancy currently looking for Senior Project Controls Engineers with 10 years’ experience to join the organization and work on a Master Plan for one of the most advanced Industrial Cities in the world.
Your role will be to assist the Project Manager and functionally to the Head of Project Controls, you will be responsible for the provision of Project Cost activities for the Master Plan Project.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Business or equivalent and 10 years’ experience in a Planning and Controls Engineering position, involving grassroots, new developments and modifications to existing major process facilities. Experience should include Oil & Gas Operators/Owners, Engineering Consultants and Engineering Contracting organisations. The successful candidate will have Previous Middle East experience.
