This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified Planning Engineer to join our Railway Division.

This role will provide an excellent opportunity for you to further develop your career and work alongside with experienced industry professionals in a dynamic, outcome focused environment.

Planning Engineer will provide necessary planning techniques and deliverables to company and to client team and will also provide guidance in developing and adopting a practical progress measurement method and structure, aligning with the Baseline Plan and establish deliverables. This position will be reporting to Planning Manager.

Job responsibilities include:

Using your experience with Primavera your key responsibilities will include:

1. Develop Baselines. EOT Programs.
2. Schedule development using clients contractual & design requirements.
3. Conduct schedule development meetings with Engineers and Project Managers to develop and define WBS.
4. Monthly Reporting on schedule progress, critical path and critical tasks.
5. Provide budgeting and forecasting assistance to the Project Management Team.
6. Provide analysis on 2 months/6 months look ahead.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years of Railway project planning experience.
Conceptual understanding of planning theory, i.e critical path, delay, concurrence.
Practical experience in the creation of Extension of Time and Delay claims and must be able to demonstrate where and how you have done this.
Strong communication skills with project team on regular basis.
