Employment: Full Time

Planning Engineer
• Provide technical and project execution services
• Provide planning, scheduling and Monitoring of project progress
• Reporting too Project Control Manager/Project Manager
• Prepare, Review and ensuring
• Development of Project Calendar and planning procedure
• Development Planning & Scheduling
• Progress measurement and reporting
• Develop work break down structures and OBS
• Develop project schedules at various level
• Project compliance
• Manpower review
• Client review
• Development of implementation plan in coordination with client
• Development of progress measurement procedure including weight factors
• Collect and compiles data for project statistics and ratio calculations
• Progress monitoring and updating of schedule activity/date
• Develop trend analysis schedule /forecast
• Assist Project management in issue of corrective actions due to slippage of schedule
• Develop and issue document register, Develop Level 3 list and documents register

Requirements

Must have:
• Bachelor degree in engineering
• Minimum of 12 years’ offshore and onshore oil and gas engineering
• Minimum 5 years expertise as lead Project Engineer
• Proficiency in preparing detailed schedules using Primavera 3.1 & 6.7
• Competency to Lead Planning and scheduling procedures and contract requirements.
