Job description / Role
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparation of technical specifications, plans and schedules for tendering projects ensure timely submittal of feedback to the management on the status of project in terms of planning and costing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare the initial and detailed construction schedule, including preparation of time duration, work distribution, manpower requirements etc.
Coordinates with the Estimators & Quantity surveyors to prepare Tender schedule and assists in project budget updates from the planning side.
Monitors various project activities and ensures relation between the planned work and the execution level and report variances,
Verify invoices; prepare work progress reports, monthly payment certificates and weekly/ monthly construction planning schedules.
Produce alterations in design drawings in consultation with Site engineers and other department representatives as per the actual site conditions.
Extend necessary assistance and coordination to the planning and monitoring team in cost control activities.
Forecasting different phases of project from the very beginning till the completion and confirm that the plan is achieved in time to avoid time delay and waste of resources.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
5 Years of Experience in planning
Strong knowledge and experience in:
Project Management
Construction Management
Risk Analysis Management
Design & Development Engineering
Budgeting & Financial Management
