Job description / Role
- Project planning in pre contract stage / post contract stage
- Contracts management- scope management, sub-consulting co-ordination & management, review of contracts, Tender analysis, recommendation.
- Support business development- review of RFP\'s, advice senior management on the requirements.
- Budget preparation
- Knowledge of Authorities approach process
- Checking of payment certificates
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bsc. in Civil Engineering or Bsc. in Architecture
Nature and length of previous experience: Min. 10 years experience in UAE
Specialist knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Programme, Primavera
Age Range: Min. 28 & Max. 55
Language Fluency: English
