Planning Engineer

Charterhouse is working with a major real estate development company that is a market leader within their sector. Our client has an impressive track record of delivering on time and to high quality.

Due to a number of mixed use structures in development, our client is looking to hire a Primavera Planning Engineer to join their prestigious projects department in Al Khobar.

As Planning Engineer you will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project work schedules and providing monthly progress reports. You will also prepare manpower and equipment histograms for all projects. Your responsibilities will also include preparing project cash flows as well as time and money progress reports. In addition, you will prepare and provide monthly, weekly and daily reports for submission to the Planning Department.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be educated to Degree level. It is essential you have solid main contracting, civils and building experience. A strong understanding of Primavera is crucial for this position.
