Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produce Base Line construction programs
• Work with the Project Management team Produce Construction programs
• Produce accurate Project Monthly reports and Project Weekly reports.
• Review resource and procurement against the project program
• Prepare the project milestone reports.
• Review and report on critical path analysis
• Produce weekly and by-weekly production programs
• Collate program outputs to determine current and future required resource utilization
• Collate program outputs and actual man hour utilization to determine key resource productivity
• Coordinate with commercial teams to develop project forecasts
• Coordinate with project site and commercial teams to integrate change control into project reporting structure
• Attend weekly/monthly site progress meetings
• Coordinate with tender department to produce required programs
• Review and report on cause and effect as required
• Produce delay and variation data to support claims manager
• Attend sub-contractor progress meetings
• Review design information in line with program data and progress
• Review and report on project preliminaries
• Attend design team meetings
• Report to senior management

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications
MSc in Land Surveying or a construction related profession. Must be proficient with Prima-Vera P6

Age/Experience
Suitable number of years in a similar role within the Gulf region. 30+ years of age

Skills necessary
Proficient in all aspects of IT, MS Office, Prima Vera, Microsoft Project and associated software, strong management and inter personnel skills, report writing, presentations.
