The RoleThe RoleGraduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with practice knowledge of working on primavera. Candidates should have minimum 5 years experience in working in Oil & Gas or large building construction company. Produce a comprehensive and viable construction program in conjunction with the scope of the project. Verify actual progress versus scheduled progress on a daily basis, Close coordination with the material/purchase and stores departments. Evaluation of early deliveries and possible schedule benefits. Maintain current revenue/cost status information and provide revenue/cost projections per activity. Provide projections on earliest manpower/equipment, mobilization & demobilization dates. Preparing the budget, cost analysis and ensure that the project remains within budgetary parameters and moves forward to a successful conclusion. Oversee the monthly client billing and certification. A wide degree of creativity and interpersonal skills is expected. Pay offered Qr. 8000 + Family status after six months (HRA : Qr.3000+ Utility) + Car. |
