Job description / Role
Responsible for formulating and monitoring of project programmes i.e. Clause 14/Construction/Periodical "Look Ahead"
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND BASIC DUTIES:
1. Assume responsibility for preparation of Contract Clause 14 programme in consultation with Project Manager.
2. Assume responsibility to preparation of Construction programmes.
3. Assume responsibility to preparation of periodic short -term programmes.
4. Assumes responsibility to monitoring of site progress against construction/periodic programmes in consultation with Construction Manager / Engineers / Senior Supervisors / Supervisors.
5. Assume responsibility for submission of progress reports for the Project Manager's review.
6. Assume responsibility for preparation and monitoring of commissioining programmes for all disciplines.
7. Assume responsibility to monitoring Sub-contractor programmes.
8. Assumes responsibility of delay assessment sheets.
9. Assume responsibility for preparation of entitlement programmes based on issued delay notices.
Requirements
- Degree in related fields
- 5 to 10 years experience on trade

Computer Skills
