My client is a leading management consultancy. An opportunity as arisen for a Planning Manager / Project Controls Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Reporting to the Director of Projects, the Planning Manager will be working in a consultancy environment, attending to different clients throughout the GCC.
Willingness to travel extensively is a must **
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of analysis and reports for clients
Manage the development of risk workshops
Understand risk management to a high level
Cultivate relationships with clients and possess a strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies
Employ a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability
Develop your expertise in a specialization and your reputation as a business advisor
Contribute to practice growth and development
Requirements
Bachelor in Civil Engineering
At least 4 years proven industry experience.
Extensive planning experience. Use of Primavera, P6 etc.
Contracting or Engineering Consultancy background.
Demonstrated ability to manage people and plan components of engagements along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills.
Motivated, dedicated, dynamic & hard worker.
Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexible in working location and prepared to travel throughout the GCC and further afield.
Bilinguals (Arabic & English) is a must.
