Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 15,000 to 17,000

Our client is a Growing EPC Specialist who has some major projects and are currently in need of a Planning Manager to join their team.

In this role you will be responsible for all planning, budgeting, scheduling of multiple projects, procurement and issue of materials.

Being organised and with an exceptional ability to manage documentation you will be able to quickly update the VP on the progress and status of all projects running and future projects.

Being able to plan , schedule, and control the budget effectively, being able to identify bottlenecks and alert management of pending issues and providing resolution to these issues will be paramount.

As a professional individual you will have excellent English, and presentation skills as you will be required to present status updates between the VP and departments.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements:
• Engineering graduate.
• 10+ year experience in project planning.
• Capable of handling multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge and hands on expertise in Primavera and Microsoft Projects.
• Excellent analytical, prioritization, delegation, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, etc.
• Advanced computer skills including experience with MS Excel. Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft Office products and its uses in generating reports, capturing data and presenting data.
• Strong oral, written, presentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Capable of overall professionalism in a business environment.
