Job description / Role
Our client, one of the leading construction company based in Abu Dhabi is now seeking for Planning Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of baseline programme, based on the contractual scope of work
Preparation of detailed work schedule
Review monthly progress and cost reports and provide inputs if needed
Preparation of EOT claims
Providing project cost / planning and scheduling leadership.
Working closely with the project team assisting and guiding on any project control / planning issues.
Reporting to client and consultants
Reporting to the construction management and teams
Follow up progress status, updates and productivity through daily reports
Requirements
Degree educated level in an Engineering or equivalent.
Proven track record in middle east
13+ years work experience in a Planning capacity working on large scale construction projects esp high-rise hotel projects
-English speaking and writing - Arabic a plus.
-Good oral communication skills (meetings with contractors, senior authority management, technical disciplines).
