Job description / Role
Planning Manager Dubai
Our client, one of the leading construction/master developer company based in Dubai is now seeking for Planning Manager to handle/manage a spectacular development/project.
Responsibilities:
Prepare the baseline programme, Mitigation Programme, progress curve, cash flow, manpower and machinery histogram
Liaise with the Planning & Development Director, to ensure successful and timely completion of the project.
Produce and update the time schedule and prepare progress reports for the project.
Prepare time claims for any modification and produce tender schedule.
Prepare the required contractual correspondence related to all parties in the project.
Monitor and approve the works schedule and progress reports of subcontractors.
Investigated sites to work out the most suitable way for a proposed construction.
Organized the delivery of materials, and equipment dates needed for the construction project.
Track project progress status/monitoring progress to all phases of the project
Reporting to client and consultants
Reporting to the construction management and teams
Requirements
Requirements:
Degree educated level in an Engineering or equivalent.
Proven track record in the Middle East
13+ years work experience in a Planning capacity working on large scale construction projects
English speaking and writing - Arabic a plus.
Good oral communication skills (meetings with contractors, senior authority management, technical disciplines).
