This client are a main contractor and they have recently be signed as the lead contractor on one of Dubai's iconic projects. The project is a multi-billion AED leisure project and will encompass both infrastructure and building and is a fast track new build.

The Role

Based from their office in Dubai, as the Planning Manager you will be responsible for the processes required to manage timely completion of projects by monitoring the status of projects to update progress and manage changes to the baseline. Where it is needed you will be proposing recovery or alternates due to negative variances. You will also be coordinating with Contract Administration Department and Project teams for the preparation of EOT claims and counter claims, as well as offer continuous advice on claim avoidance.

- Degree Qualified

- 10 years experience with 5 years in the UAE

- Experience as a Planning Manager on Infrastructure or Mixed Use schemes

- Main Contractor Background
