Job description / Role
A renowned property developer is seeking to employ Planning Managers with experience in preparing and reviewing Master Schedules for High Rise projects. You will be in charge of providing in depth technical support to the Senior Management of the group with regard to Projects Planning, Monitoring & Controlling processes, and also provide risk assessment and value engineering for the projects. Heading a team of engineers, you would require to monitor development and execution progress at a Macro level.
You will need to be well versed with Primavera and have hands on experience using the same.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in planning, cost controlling and reporting
- Must have experience in the middle east, looking for someone who has executed high rise project and with consistent employment
- Must be from a Tier 1 contractor/PMC/Developer background
- Applicants should possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills, leadership qualities, negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task
- Arabic speaking is advantageous
