My client is a leading Contractor in Saudi Arabia and the Middle-East delivering on power generation and desalination plants, to factories, hotels, hospitals, and intricately sophisticated smart buildings. The client has a track record and prestigious list of efficiently delivered projects.

Requirements

My client is looking for an experienced planning manager for Qatar. The ideal candidate should:
Bachelor in Civil Engineer, having a minimum of 15 years experience with contractors, must have worked as a Planning Manager and handed prestigious / best quality and complex high rise building (Residential / Commercial, Hotels or Hospitals) projects worth more than U.S. $100M each with leading contracting companies. Must be hands on and capable of leading a team of planners, proficient in Primavera and Excel spreadsheet software and able to set up project plans independently in excess of 10,000 activities with resource loading, updates and reports. Knowledge of cost control is an advantage.
