Job description / Role
My client is a leading European engineering company with an excellent reputation and a track record of working on some of the Middle East largest engineering projects. They have recently been awarded a major contract to lead, manage and coordinate the execution of the construction major hotel developments in Makkah. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced planning manager to lead all planning activities in the execution phase. The role will include:
- Development with the client of the baseline programme.
- Manage the development of high level and detailed construction programmes .
- Produce and manage 3 month look-ahead programmes.
- Produce and manage fully resourced and cost loaded programmes
- Monthly progress reporting and update of programme.
- Cash flow forecast and management.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in an engineering or construction related field and must posses at least 15 years post graduation experience in construction scheduling and planning management. candidates must have experience of high rise and tower construction and must have worked on projects with at least a value of 600 SAR million. Candidates must have a contractor background and will have preferably worked on hotel projects. Due to the location of this project candidates should be Muslim and will preferably have excellent Arabic communication skills.
