Job description / Role
Managing the planning and reporting function to ensure accurate planning of cash and other financial requirements to meet organizational needs.
Leading all long term and short term financial planning processes for CBD including Budget, MYF and Monthly/Quarterly Flash Reports etc.
Responsible for Monthly Closing, Reconciliations and Reporting in compliance with AGTHIA Financial Calendar.
Support/Assist Finance Director in monthly Business Reviews (KPI Analysis and Monitoring).
Responsible for timely and accurate Management Reports to MCs & Line Managers.
Business partnering with Marketing team for stronger Brand/Category P&L Management.
Partnering with Marketing in fully extending ROI culture on Marketing spends through pre and post analysis of promotions.
As part of cross functional team provide assistance to R&D / Marketing teams to contribute NPDs as part of the Stage Gate Process.
GL Master Data Controlling / change management and Exception Reporting.
Responding to ad hoc requests for information and analysis from senior management/HQ.
Build/Develop strong Financial Planning Team.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor in Business Administration/Economics/Industrial Engineering.
Accounting Qualification (CA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA).
Minimum Experience:
10 years functional experience out of which 3 to 5 years should be in an equivalent Management level.
5 years experience in FMCG environment, preferably with local production.
Functional Knowledge:
Understanding of Accounting practices.
Basic Understanding of IAS/IFRS and Accounting practices.
Internal Controls.
Reporting and analysis.
IT Capabilities.
