Planning & Scheduling Engineer- KSA, Damam

Our Client was incorporated in 1978 as a private Limited Company in Dammam with a paid-up capital of SR.500,000. The Company was established with an aim to provide support systems for the electrical distribution and transmission infrastructure of the Saudi Electricity Company (then DEPCO) in the Eastern Province of SaudiArabia.

Since the companys inception during the past 30 years, it has witnessed extraordinary strides in its growth. Due to the dedicated efforts of its untiring work force, the company was able to transform, a small utility-oriented contracting unit into a truly multi-functional, multi-dimensional group.

Through its advent into manufacturing, trading, civil construction, telecommunication and electro-mechanical contracting, Information Technology and other activities, the Company has carved a niche for itself as a company of repute. Currently they are looking for a Planning & Scheduling Engineer with a "Transferable Visa" .

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Tender Schedules
- Prepare Baseline schedules for construction stage
- Produce Resource Schedules.
- Generate critical milestones for the construction stages.
- Provide cash flow charts for the Project.
- Maintain a schedule of actual progress against programmed progress in the project and issue to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly invoice forecast based on the current jobs progress.
- Work with both office and site based Cost Managers.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree from Western University
- Transferable Visa is a Must
- Western Nationality
- Minimum 10 years demonstrable experience in planning of large scale projects.
- Experience of Primavera P3 / P6
- Experience with power , telecommunication projects
