Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for preparing, analyzing, consolidating project schedules at all levels.
- Receives general guidance, objectives and some specific work assignments from the Project Controls Manager.
- Acts as staff advisor to Project Management on approved policies and procedures for planning and scheduling.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provides project management consultation on factors affecting the timely completion of projects and performs special analysis for manpower loading and for performance progress.
- Frequently interfaces with client, stakeholders and upper level management
- Prepares master critical path type and time scaled overall schedules.

Requirements

- Technical Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of related work experience in planning and scheduling.
- Minimum of 5+ years in the rail transit field with 2+ years experience in rail sub-systems (e.g. signaling, telecoms, electrification)
- possess good written and oral communications and presentation skills, and have a thorough of industry practices and regulations.
- Knowledgeable of current Primavera Enterprise Systems (P6) and TILOS scheduling tools
