Job description / Role
AECOM is offering an exciting opportunity to lead the Planning + Design team on Hotels, Resorts and Theme Parks based in Dubai. AECOM has excellent Client and Hotel Operator contacts throughout the region and we are currently working on a series of exciting leisure projects. The role will provide a unique opportunity to engage with our in-house Economists (at the early financial feasibility stage), our Master-planners, Architects, Engineers and Cost Consultants (in the design stages)to develop and enhance AECOMs Integrated offer in the Middle East.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years experience in the hotel and hospitality design business with extensive Hotels and Resort experience.
You must also display the following skills and experience:
- Middle East experience is essential, with other geographical experience a bonus.
- Have a good Client and Hotel Operator contact data base backed up by good job-winning skills.
- Be a good cross-discipline/cross-geographical ambassador.
- Have large project contract and financial negotiation skills.
- Have good presentation skills.
- Have an understanding of AECOMs Integrated Offer, and all our disciplines with the ability to cross-sell (i.e. pitch) on their behalf.
