Job description / Role
Our client, a leading local FMCG business, is looking for a Planning and Reporting Manager to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.
Reporting to the Finance Director the Planning and Reporting Manager will ensure accurate financial planning.
The successful candidate will lead all long term and short term financial planning and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Budget, MYF as well as flash reporting.
Monthly closing and reconciliations
Support and assist the Finance Director in monthly business reviews
Prepare timely and accurate management reports
Business partnering with Marketing department
Build and develop a strong Financial Planning team
Requirements
A minimum of a related University degree is required as well as :
10 years functional experience out of which 3 to 5 years should be in an equivalent Management level.
5 years in management experience in FMCG/manufacturing environment.
Strong IT skills
Excellent Communication skills
