The RoleThe RoleA leading Pharmaceutical company in Saudi Arabia are looking for a Plant manager to join them in their Injectible Goods field. This person MUST be Western educated as you will be managing and communicating with a number of customers from Europe, UK, US and Australia. In addition to this you will be directly responsible for: •Directing and managing all plant operations across the Kingdom. •Directly responsible for production, quality, maintenance and production engineering sections •Ensure that plant and processes comply with the Regulatory Requirements (cGMP, Saudi FDA etc.) and accreditation of the plant from those agencies. •You will be solely responsible for the Introduction of new technologies, policies and procedures •Achieve production goals •Manage a team and ensure they are all have the correct trainings and knowledge •Regularly recommend and make improvements to the production management in order to ensure optimum efficiency. |
RequirementsRequirementsFor this role the ideal candidate must have the following: •MUST BE EUROPEAN EDUCATED •Have a minimum of 7 years working in a Plant environment for a Pharmaceutical company. •Understand the principles of quality assurance and compliance within a manufacturing plant and then be able to filter this to all teams and employees. •Ideally have exposure working previously with injectable products. •Be happy to work in Saudi Arabia |
