Job description / Role
Plant Manager Required for massive equipment and fleet of vehicles circa 900 such as Dozers, Graders, Loaders, Rollers, Pavers, Excevators, Trenchers, Trucks, Dump trucks, Light Vehicles. Establishment and implementation of systems and Procedures (SOPs). Building up and developing a fully fledged Plant Department within the Organisation.
Requirements
Mechanical Engineer Preferred however diplomas are acceptable. Ideally between 40 - 55 with 15 years experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked within similar major companies that work in the infrastructure and road sectors. Extensive knowledge in major equipment and manufacturers such as Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo, Mercedes etc.Must have excellent managerial skills, be detailed, poised and autonomous. Must be capable of establishing, building up and developing a fully fledges Plant Department within the Organisation. This position is open to any Nationality who meets the required levels of experience and skill.
